Since 10th September 2022, the 2022-2023 the CLTASA Committee has been boldly innovating and embracing new ideas, prioritizing the service of students and teachers. The Committee has actively engaged with various sectors of society to secure the necessary funding support for organizing large-scale activities and teaching training programs for all Chinese language teachers and students in South Australia. 

 

All sponsorship funds will be used for the following student activities and teacher training:

• Term 1: OZCHIN Quiz Bowl for First Language Students (Years 7-12)

• Term 2: OZCHIN Quiz Bowl for Second and Background Language Students (Years 7-12)

• Term 1: Professional Development for Chinese Language Teachers

• Term 2: Professional Development for Chinese Language Teachers

• Terms 2-3: Chinese Language Video Competition (R-12)

• Term 3: South Australia Chinese Language Teachers State Conference (rescheduled to Term 4 from 2024)

• Term 4: South Australian Awards Ceremony (rescheduled to Term 3 from 2024
