Hosted by Seymour College on 28 March 2025, the 3rd SA OZChin Quiz Bowl brought together 83 students from nine schools, supported by 20 teachers, for an engaging celebration of Chinese language, culture and friendly competition.

Nearly 700 students, families, educators and community guests gathered at St Peter’s College on 23 August 2024 for the 26th SA Chinese Language Awards Ceremony, celebrating 94 outstanding Chinese learners from more than 30 schools and recognising the winners of the annual Chinese Language Video Competition.

On 21 June 2024, 96 students from nine schools gathered at Seymour College for Round 2 of the 2nd SA OZCHIN Quiz Bowl. Organised by CLTASA, the event brought together Chinese Background and Second Language learners for an evening of teamwork, language learning and friendly competition.

Kathy Purvis was a remarkable member of our Chinese Language Teachers Association, who made significant contributions to the field of education through her selfless dedication and unwavering teaching spirit.

The 2023 Term 1 CLTASA Sub-Committee was formed to support the planning and delivery of CLTASA programs, events and professional learning activities.
